If you are a representative of an organization that is concerned
about improving the lives of people with diabetes or assisting health
care professionals to more effectively manage patients with diabetes,
we hope you will consider joining the Coalition. Simply go to the
“Click Here to Become a Member” section below. You can choose
to only receive general information and updates by selecting the
“Information Only” level of membership. If you choose to be an active
member, you will be invited to attend NYDC member meetings
and be able to visit the “members only” area to see minutes, updates
on projects, etc. As an active member, you will also have the option
to participate in any NYDC initiative that your organization
would like to pursue.
