Welcome: The New York Diabetes Coalition (NYDC) has developed educational materials and diabetes management tools to help people with diabetes and health care professionals manage the complexities of diabetes care. These tools are available on this site and we encourage you to download, use and share our materials. This site also provides links to other sources of information on diabetes, as well as other tools developed to help health care professionals and people with diabetes manage this disease. Where available, links to information in Spanish have been provided. We hope you find the information and tools on this site valuable and welcome any feedback.
