Complications of Diabetes:

Diabetes can damage the nerves that run throughout the body causing
hands and feet to feel numb. This can lead to loss of a toe, foot or a limb
because the individual may be unaware of an infection or other problems
occurring in the extremity. It’s important to become familiar with foot
problems that could lead to amputation and other skin problems.
